The delivery window provided in the order is 100% tolerant to the time of delivery.

For discounted products, our standard delivery time is 3–7 business days.

For non-discounted (regular-priced) products, our standard delivery time is 3–21 business days, depending on the destination.

In the incident of any error in the given address, the customer will be contacted regarding the delivery failure.

The validity of the e-mail address provided by our visitor is confirmed by an automatic e-mail after the order has been transferred.

Regarding the delivery of the shipment, responsibility is shared between us and the customer in relation to the bank through which the transaction has been made.

Delivery Method

The customer can choose from two different delivery methods. These methods include company delivery or courier delivery. Depending on the total shopping amount, the customer may be exempt from the delivery fee.
